Precautions for CP flame retardant production:  

1、Semi-finished products (gross effect): Remove fabric impurities, such as paste, floating color, silicone-containing substances and other components that affect the flame retardant effect; and keep the fabric cloth PH value in the middle slightly acidic. Finishing semi-finished products should have good penetration performance, to ensure that the fabric left and center with liquid uniformity and rapid penetration.  

2、color and light: the whole process of sampling, taking into account in advance the degree of discoloration after flame retardant finishing.  

3、Auxiliaries: operate strictly according to the order of chemical materials as mentioned before. 

4、Banding rate: Ensure the full penetration of working liquid, and have as long as possible time between rolling and baking.  

5、 Processing: the various processes of flame retardant finishing should be closely connected, especially after baking and washing in time to avoid unnecessary losses and color changes.  

6、Ventilation device: make sure the ventilation device of drying and baking equipment is good.  

7、equipment cleaning: in order to ensure smooth production of fabrics and reduce staining, regular equipment cleaning is very necessary.  

8、finishing fabrics: finishing fabrics fabric PH value requires neutral alkaline, flame retardant effect and other indicators in a timely manner to detect.
